Unto him that loved us, and wash us from our sins in his own blood, and hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion forever and ever.

This painting represents the blood of Jesus that was shed for us throughout all eternity. When God looks at our lives, he sees the blood of his Son that was shed for us. The blood of Jesus is divine and allows us to be partakers of his divine nature. When he shed his blood on the cross at Calvary, it shook the foundations of hell and canceled Satan's plans and intentions for humanity. Jesus paid the price for our salvation and redemption and that price was his blood.
